The report is prepared and made available by the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) based on the information provided by the company through eSocialand cannot be altered or edited.

The statistical data presented in this report result from the methodology adopted by the MTE in its preparation and only reflect pay differences by job groups, not between men and women performing the same roles, and therefore do not indicate any discrimination between women and men.
